ONE (1) ADMINISTRATIVE AIDE IV (SG-4)
(on a casual status only for the period 2 January 2016 until 31 March 2016)

Qualification:
Education :  Completion of two years studies in College

Training :  None required

An applicant who has the training and experience working in a Government Budget Office and can perform the following tasks will be an advantage:

  1. To process budget clearance for purchase orders and obligation requests under General Fund (GF), Revolving Fund (RF), Trust Liability Account (TLA), and Trust Fund (TF);
    1. to process payment for purchase orders and obligation requests under GF and RF;
      1. online encoding in FMIS
      2. offline monitoring on excel files
  2. To monitor monthly projects’ allotments, obligations, balances under Trust Liability Accounts and Trust Fund;
  3. To assist in the preparation of the quarterly Financial Accountability Reports (FAR I, IA, IB) under GF and under RF (FAR (2, 2A) to the UP System and DBM;
  4. To perform other functions that may be assigned by the Head of office.

An applicant who has the training and experience working in a Government Accounting Office and can perform the following tasks will be an advantage:

  1. To prepare disbursement vouchers, listings and other requirements for remittance to BIR, HDMF, Philhealth and other agencies as well as process payment for Lecturers and Student Assistants;
  2. To prepare payroll for Job Orders, Pre-audit vouchers for honoraria and lecturer fee;
  3. To file Tax Remittance Advice (TRA) for withholding Tax from General Fund to BIR;
  4. To file annual BIR report on withholding tax on compensation and expanded VAT;
  5. To prepare and submit listings of Provident Fund Premium and monthly payment of loans;
  6. To prepare the certificate of remuneration and loan payments required by GSIS ad HDMF for salary loan applications;
  7. To attend regular update seminars and special seminars conducted by BIR.
