INVITATION TO BID

The University of the Philippines Cebu, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites bidders to bid for the hereunder project:

Name of Projects: Supply and Delivery of Computers and IT Related Equipment

Location: Gorordo Avenue, Lahug, Cebu City

Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC): PHP 5,809,994.00

Delivery Period: 20 calendar days after issuance and Receipt of the Notice to Proceed

Prospective bidders should have experience in undertaking a similar project within the last two years with an amount of at least 50% of the proposed project for bidding. The Eligibility Check/Screening as well as the Preliminary Examination of Bids shall use non-discretionary “pass/fail” criteria.  Post-qualification of the lowest calculated bid shall be conducted.

All particulars relative to Eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Pre-Bidding Conference(s), Evaluation of Bids, Post-Qualification and Award of Contract shall be governed by the latest pertinent provisions of R.A. 9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulation (IRR).

Bid Documents may be acquired by interested Bidders from the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee in the amount of Six Thousand Pesos (PHP 6,000.00) only at the UP Cebu Cashier. It may also be downloaded free of charge from the website of the Philippine Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS) and from the UP Cebu website (www.upcebu.edu.ph) provided that the bidder shall pay the non-refundable fee for the bidding documents not later than the submission of bids.

UP Cebu assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify bidders for any expenses incurred in the preparation of their bids.
