Responding to the request of Mandaue City Central School, the UP Cebu Ugnayan ng Pahinungod conducted a Feeding Program last 19 April 2023. The team was able to feed 77 undernourished K-6 public school learners. The feeding aims to provide nourishment for their growth and development and to create awareness in children that they need a good diet to grow, develop and be protected from disease, and have the energy to study, learn, and be physically active. UP Cebu Staff Ms. Analy Crystal Bongo of the College of Social Sciences and Ms. Noelle Anne Seno of the Office of Teaching and Learning Resource Center along with the UP Cebu College students Mr. Jereme Castro, Mr. James Israel Montillano and Mr. Clive Joshua Rabuya volunteered to assist in the distribution of nourishment.

“Eating cookies can help boost your energy because it is a nutritious source of protein, vitamins, fiber, and minerals that help produce a stable metabolism”, said by Ms. Annalie Baccay, a Kaibigan ng Pahinungod who helped by baking nutritious cookies for the learners. The documentation was done by Arch. Marco Lorenzo Baccay, also a Kaibigan ng Pahinungod.
