Communication juniors of the University of the Philippines Cebu connected with Konan University Management students in an intercultural interaction workshop organized by Prof. Belinda Espiritu on February 16, 2024, at UP Cebu AVR 1.

According to Prof. Espiritul, the workshop’s goal was to let her students experience an actual encounter with people from other cultures. She is currently handling these students under the COMM 176: Intercultural Communication course.

The intercultural interaction was made possible by collaborating with Prof. Aurelio Vilbar and Dr. Brent Jones of Konan University Hirao School of Management.

This workshop opens an opportunity for a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) between UP Cebu and Konan University for exchange student programs.
