On July 13, 2024, the University of the Philippines Cebu celebrated the launch of its new Discussion Room at the Administration Building and the turnover of more than 3,000 books from the Rotary Club of Cebu.
The turnover program included the ceremonial signing of the Deed of Donation by Chancellor Atty. Leo B. Malagar, Dr. Pericles Dakay, and Pres. Walter Cang.
The university extends it heartfelt gratitude to the Rotary Club of Cebu, with support from The Rotary Foundation of Rotary International through Rotary International District 3860, for their generous contribution.
