Local makers from all walks of life showcase their Arduino powered projects. An Arduino consists of both a physical programmable circuit board (often referred to as a microcontroller) and a piece of software, or IDE (Integrated Development Environment) that runs on your computer, used to write and upload computer code to the physical board.

The event and contest was held at the Fablab UP Cebu on March 16. It is inspiring to check out the innovative ideas by students, entrepreneurs, and hobbyists of all ages. With each contestant solving various problems with Arduino technology ranging from the logistics, security, ecological, to the personal. A cash prize of thirty thousand pesos for the winner of the of the competition. In the end, all of us were winners as the ideas discussed during the event will definitely push the Cebu community into greater heights.

This event is co-organized with PizzaPy Cebu, UP Cebu STIITCH, Internet-of-Things (IoT) Cebu, and the Cebu Innovation Network.
