During the first ever synchronized Siloy Watch on March 29-30, 2019 held in Casay, Nug-as, and Nangka forests in Alcoy and Boljoon, the Central Visayas Center for Environmental Informatics’ (CENVI) piloted it’s Siloy Count mobile application.
The mobile application is part of CENVI’s ongoing efforts to contribute to the wealth and information through biodiversity, It is a monitoring system conducted in protected and key biodiversity areas in Cebu.
Cebu’s first ever synchronized Siloy Watch was organised by DENR, PENRO Cebu Province and PhilBio.
