Felicitations to our fine arts student, Kieth Andrew Sescon, who took home the Second Prize in the Digital Fine Arts Category, and all the winners of the 52nd Shell National Students Art Competition. UP Cebu fine arts students Jasmine Cabriles, Sigfreid Sabang, and Christine Ruthe Tutor also made the shortlist in the same category, while Donnyl Lisondra was cited as a finalist in the Oil/Acrylic Painting Category. Judges announced the winners Monday, 11 November 2019 at Glorietta in Makati City, Metro Manila. Congratulations!
