UP Cebu receives recognition from DOST for being one of the first grantees of the Niche Centers in the Regions for R&D (NICER). The Central Visayas Center for Environmental Informatics (CENVI) will be funded through DOST’s Grants-in-Aid Program.
The certificate of recognition was received during the 3rd National R&D Conference at the Philippine International Convention Center in Manila last April 20, 2018.
