Jeruel N. Roa, was the Coordinator during the seminar –workshop on Magazine Editing and Production of the senior and junior UP Cebu Mass Communication students on April 26, 2018 at AVR 1 in collaboration with Zee Lifestyle.
The seminar workshop aims to provide practical input to supplement the classroom learning of the student giving them experience in what goes on in the production of a magazine from the perspective of your publication.
WRITING, FROM A TO ZEE. Students of Mass Communication at the University of the Philippines Cebu update themselves with developments in print media, particularly in magazine publishing with the Zee Lifestyle editorial and creative team led by managing editor Shari Quimbo. The resource speakers stressed that even with the switch of the medium to digital, and the increased interest in blogs, good writing should always be the norm. Zee Lifestyle staffer and UP Cebu alumna Gia Mayola, shared her experiences as a writer in this fast evolving communication landscape.
