The Sangguniang Panlungsod of the City of Cebu, through Resolution No. 16-2128-2023, recognizes UP Cebu alumna Ms. Trilbe Lizann Espina Vasquez for landing in the Top 1 spot among the 95,969 examinees in the recent Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers – Secondary Level. The same resolution commends the University of the Philippines Cebu for producing top-quality students giving pride, honor, and inspiration to Cebu City.
