20 October 2019 – UP Cebu held its third annual run, the UPhill Challenge 3 on 19-20 October 2019. The run was organized in cooperation with ProActiv Races with the College of Science Dean, Jonnifer Sinogaya, spearheading the event.
The run had 4 categories; the 5KM fun run, 12KM 4-man team, 30KM, and 60KM. Over 1,000 runners registered for the event.
The UPhill Challenge proceeds will be donated to the Kadaganan Program of the University of the Philippines Cebu which is a “bridging fund” intended towards helping underprivileged university students in times of emergency.
