On 6 January 2020, the grand launching of MeRise English Academy took place and UP Cebu OSA, together with MeRise Educ. Inc. Scholar, Mikhaila Toledo, was present as one of their partners for their scholarship program. Cebu City Vice Mayor Michael Rama was present of the event as the guest speaker.
